Dieselpunk Tank Model

A rough STL downloaded from a model created in SketchUp several years ago. I don't plan to do anything with it, so figured if someone can find a use for it, all the better. I'm not sure what work would need to be done to make it useable, I'm not a professional 3D modeler, this was just a hobby project that never went anywhere.
